Drills / Strides. Easy jog to middle school. 1.20 miles route at 8:30 average pace. Legs stiff from too much windshield time today. Full drill set and three striders. Easy jog back to the house. 0.93 route at 8:34 average pace. Been a while but still hate to run in afternoon. Been a while since I wore the Hattoris. Needing some re-adaption. One dime.
