Temp 45 (42) Wind 5 mph.
Strength Intervals. Debate over doing this workout today or tomorrow. Looking more and more like a TM morning tomorrow, so decide to go ahead and knock it out now. Already know that I am "soft" since I am not slogging through six miles in a "brutal" 52° degree rain shower with 6 mph winds, but to my credit I am running in shorts and its foggy.
Up = 3.19 miles at 8:22 average pace.
Strength Intervals = Series of jump squats, springing, high knees, bounding, and strides.
Down = 3.25 miles at 8:23 average pace.
