Temp 39 (33) Wind 9 mph.

Sharpening Day. Track intervals with equal distance jog recoveries. Straight from the house to the track in just over 15:00 minutes at an 8:47 pace. Take one lap to surge the straights with walk recoveries on the turns.

Workout is 2 x 0.5 laps (Average Paces = 6:51 / 6:38) and 4 x 1.0 laps (Average Paces = 6:33 / 6:28 / 6:29 / 6:07). Took all of my reps for my coordination to catch up to the spunkiness in my stride. Garmin proved it. In fact, last 400 took equal or lesser effort than the two previous.

Another 15:00 minutes and change to jog back to the house. Good stretch out with rolling.
