AT Tempo on Track. Jog over to the track. Head sluggish, rest of me has some bounce. Two laps to prime. Twelve laps in middle lanes for tempo. Flipping after every three. Relaxed and controlled all the way. Average 7:34 pace. Easy jog back to the house for cool down. Two pennies.
