Notes

Lower back has felt "gassed" at times over last 36 hours. Opted out of any heavy compound movements.

1) One Leg Squats.

2) Step Ups onto High Box with 25# Dumbbells.

3) Single Leg Deadlifts with 10# Dumbbells.

4) Leg Curls.
