Hill Repeats / Strides. Nice lose one of my layers, leave the gloves at home, and not have to cover my ears. Warm-up of 17:00 minutes with a few surges. Cool-down of 19:00 minutes of easy jogging. Workout of 4 x 60-second hill repeats and 4 x strides. Stride turnover inching towards low 6s until breaking into the 5s on the last one.
