Temp 31 (24) Wind 7 mph.
Track Intervals. Nice to wake up and get around feeling normal this morning. Workout = 6 x 300 w/ 100 Jogs. Average Paces = 6:51 / 6:47 / 6:48 / Flip / 6:50 / 6:52 / 6:49. Form was strong and consistent. Expect turnover to come back in about 2-3 weeks. Trash in back of garbage truck on fire on Broadridge. Driver had fire extinguisher in hand and ready to take care of it. Looked back over my shoulder before moving on to make sure he didn't need any help. Looked to have it put out and under control. Got home about ten minutes later; heard, then saw firetruck...guess he didn't?
