Temp 52 Wind 13 mph.
Wake up to sound of pissing rain...must be Speed Work Day. Rain lets up some, and is alternating between steady and hard sprinkle by the time I hit the door. Its January 20, so it could be a lot worse. Uneven pacing to the track (mid-8s to mid-9s). Was trying to puddle hop in the dark to keep feet dry. Two laps at the track with shuffle and crossover drills on the straights.
