Hour @ Easy Effort. Sunrise run on as perfect a weather morning as possible. Twenty minutes of running to start. Ten minutes of drills (skipping, high-knees, high-knee skipping, and bounding) with four striders (3/4s to full-speed efforts, all four topping out at exactly 5:30 pace) and slow recovery jogging. Finished with thirty more minutes of running through town. Shoulder workout with the weights tonight...if the mood strikes me.
