Temp 27 (23) Wind 4 mph.

Taper Week Long Run (75:00 Minutes) with Strides. Got up early to put the same things on my stomach that I plan to put on it next weekend. Ran the first hour with a Glukos in my mouth. Too much spring and pop to control for most of first 25:00 minutes. Finally got all the parts corralled and moving in concert in the same direction. Splits 8:41 / 8:27 / 8:15 / 8:14 / 8:17 / 8:13 / 8:06 / 7:52 / 7:55 / 1:48 (7:42). 769 total feet of inclines. Grassroots progression as pathways are wired in tight.

Strides did not feel so smooth. Old man hip and knee joints were feeling tight in cold air. Held form and let things fall wherever. Last three topped in the 5:45 - 5:35 range.

A dime and four pennies. Crappy weather having a significant impact on my income during what is normally a busy time of the year.
