Temp 78 Winds Calm. Humidity 90% Dew Point 75°.
Easy 50:00 - 60:00. Stifling makes a re-appearance. Ate extremely well yesterday. Plenty of quality calories. Uncertain on my hydration level. Averaged little over 4 hours per day of windshield time last couple of days; however, lower back is holding up better than expected.
Lots of folks out early this a.m. including Runner Chell and FFS. Guess he figured out how to work a calendar and a clock today??
