Notes

Testing out movements that can be done pain free.

Shrugs, dumbbell curls, dips, and planks. First set of dips fine. Second, not so good. Stopped those after two. Will need to figure something out for triceps. Felt like some dumbbell on delt movements may be doable. Will test those out tomorrow.

Use your CLX bands for standing tricep extensions. You can hook the band over/above the wrist and not stress the hand much.
