Notes

Temp 43 (41) Wind 4 mph.

1) Start with about 30:00 minutes in 4mm drops. Added a couple of hills today.

2) About 20:00 minutes in 0mm drop. Hills again.

3) Have notice the last couple of days that I can almost walk with a "shuffle" in my gait without experiencing significant stress. Going to try and do some run/walk intervals. Short, soft stride. Nothing too explosive, just enough to get both feet off the ground at the same time. Will go as long as I can until fatigue begins to cause loss of strictness to any degree. Started with about 40-50 meters with the run intervals. Last one about 200m. Made it a little over five and a half minutes, then stopped and walked out the clock to six even. Not 100% symptom free, but nothing more than pin pricks here and there. Quit while I was ahead and very encouraged that I can do more now going forward.
