Recovery Run. Core before door. Capped last night off with regular and ankle plyo, lunges, and hip flexor kicks. Legs had that post-plyo heaviness at start, but were feeling very good by about 20:00-25:00 minutes. Slow jogging, some daylight, and Subway-Pizza Pro-Car Wash route made for worthwhile morning. Quarter, dime, and six pennies.
