Long (90 Second) Hill Repeats. Roll out of bed feeling a couple years younger this morning. About a 20:00 minute jog over to the civic center at 8:48 average pace.
Six hill repeats at 92 / 91 / 90 / 89 / 87 / 86. Don't know that the effort got any harder; think it was more the sky getting lighter and the overall bottom-to-top execution getting better.
Another 20:00ish minutes back to the house at 8:23 average pace. Dime and five pennies. More than expected considering where all I was at today.
