Temp 67 Wind 5 mph.
(1) 12:00 minutes on the elliptical, immediately followed by (2) 24:00 minutes of TM walking.
(3) Head over to Area Park for a CBEGM Executive Meeting. Another 4.40 miles of walking in an off and on light rain while solving the area's running problems one issue at a time. Back to Bram's 24-Hour Fitness to finish up.
(4) 12:00 more minutes on the elliptical while working lower body.
(5) One Leg Squats with Walking Lunges. Hard to keep balance/form with 10# dumbbells, so dropped to 8# for second round. Perfect.
(6) Deadlifts with Leg Curls.
(7) Close Stance Squats with 25# Dumbbells. Not interested in loading up my spine for the time being.
