Tune-Up Run. Starting to get my diet back on track. Having to keep house too warm, so catching up on sleep difficult. Slow, but making some progress. About 20:00 minutes of jogging, then four sriders. Turnover on last three topped out at 5:29-5:42. Not sure what I will have tomorrow, but we'll give it a go.
