Been neglecting my TM time, so hopped on for some easy miles as warm-up and cool-down for lower body workout.
2 x circuit of (1) kneeling squats w/ 22# plate, (2) Bulgarian squats with 15# dumbbells, (3) one-leg deadlifts with 15# dumbbells, (4) hip flexor kicks with 15# dumbbells, (5) lateral shuffle squats, and (6) ankle plyo jumps.
