Temp 64 Winds Calm. Humidity 91% Dew Point 61°.

Strides. Restless night and supper did not sit well. Not like 10s to 100s of other mornings over the last 8+ years, so carry on. Since last Friday, had anticipated doing 200s today. Instead, decided there is plenty of low hanging fruit left in regaining my turnover without risking another calf strain trying to take turns too fast. Will stick to the straights and jog through every other turn while walking through every other one.

1) Dynamic stretch with emphasis on sciatic and hip mobility.

2) Walk to middle school.

3) Jog to track with a couple short walk intervals, then jog four laps.

4) Eight laps of strides with jog/walk intervals.

5) Jog back to middle school.

6) Walk home.

Timed turnover on first two (7:20-7:15) and last four (6:40-6:30). Getting there.
