Medium Long Run Workout. Jog to the track and hit a "primer" lap. Workout is 20 laps at AT in middle/outside lanes. Flipping directions every five. Final tally = 5.43 miles at 7:38 average pace. Splits uneven for most of first 20:00 before settling in. Too much stress from too many different directions to worry about numbers this morning. Mental challenge of getting it done was biggest "W". Just one day out of thousands. Finish with another 30:XX minutes jogging. Two quarters, a nickel, and three pennies.
