Temp 64 Wind 10 mph.

Recovery Run more or less. Everything head to toe moving in harmony, so very little effort needed to run. Legs can tell they were put through some hard work yesterday; however, recovery far enough along to where they were ready to go again. Spent 5+ hours in the car while moving the youngest kiddo back from college yesterday. Got side-tracked and shorted myself on fluids. Could feel muscles start to get thirsty less than fifteen minutes in.

Must have slept through a heck of a storm (with the windows open). Hard rain? Hail? Something beat the crap out of my boxwoods.

If the t'storms stay away, have a 2-mile March of Dimes walk with the wife today. Should help keep the blood flowing. Will also do either a bicep or tricep weight workout with core exercises and stretching.
