20/20/20 Aerobic Run. So, what kind of fun $#!% do we get to play in today? Rain and wind! No shocker that I am the only runner out this morning.
0:00 - 20:00 = 2.46 miles at 8:08 average pace. Managed to keep right foot dry.
20:01 - 40:00 = 2.92 miles at 6:50 average pace. Pace almost as fast as Tuesday's tempo effort; however no problems staying aerobic when only going 20:00 minutes on fresh legs. Jumping puddles every few strides was hard on efficiency, but after both feet got soaked to the bone quit caring.
40:01 - 60:00 = 2.45 miles at 8:10 average pace.
