Temp 44 (40) Wind 8 mph.

Easy 60 Including Drills and Strides. Plan a run/walk warm up, test out drills and strides, then finish with 30-40 minutes of easy running.

Started well. Forward and backward drills were fine. Strides smooth topping 7:00 and below. Lateral movements not so good. Lots of stress and residual fatigue coming out of and moving into next movement.

Opted to restart with run/walk instead of easy running. Fully functional without altering stride, but too much fatigue with off and on tightness at this point. Went ahead and shut it down after one lap around the block with hopes of limiting any further set back.

Can't say that these symptoms today are anything like what I have experienced with calf muscle issues since onset. In fact, they seem to be more achilles related. We'll see. Reassess in twenty four hours, do what is possible and necessary to get back to 100%, and avoid acts of stupidity.
