Hour with 20:00 at MPE. Hang on and get through this one. Long work day on Monday with five hours of driving. Not well rested; last night felt like a series of 10-20 minute naps.
Going with a 20/20/20 format. Start with 2.36 miles at 8:30 average pace. Large, newer, upscale neighborhood to the east. Nasty hills, but fairly well lit and nice smooth asphalt roads. Used it for 15:00 of 20:00 minutes at MPE. 2.77 miles at 7:13 average pace. Hills may have jarred my knees more than needed, but otherwise, lots of bang for the buck. Out further than where I should have been and took over 22:00 minutes to get back. 2.65 miles at 8:27 average pace. Expect to be better acclimated tomorrow.
