Temp 50 (48) Wind 5 mph.
Second session of Hill Circuits. Solo next couple of days. 2.12 mile warm-up in 19:32.
Few tweeks this go-around. More bounding up the hill. Extended route at bottom of hill an extra 150 meters +/- to line up better terrain for sprint/strider. Adjusted effort in a couple of areas for safety (buckles in pavement and curbs). Did four today. About right. 40:00 - 45:00 minutes. About right. Ready to knock this workout out of the park come Friday.
Cool-down of 1.71 miles in 17:05. Counted a half a dozen others out already this morning. Must be dime week...nabbed another one.
