Temp 20 (20) Wind 3 mph.

Sharpening Day. Dark, frigid, and geared up heavy for warmth. Not the ideal conditions to do this, but it is what it is. Straight to the track and one lap and change doing two striders on the straights. Total Up = 1.85 miles in 16:10.

Workout is 12 x 200 (0.12) with equal distance jog intervals. Moving from lane 8 to lane 1 (except for the ice patch going into the south turn) to get some tighter turns in prep for 200 meter track. Will also do all laps counter-clockwise.
