Track Intervals. Workout was 2 x 200 w/ 200 Jogs and 6 x 300 w/ 100 Jogs. Only timed the 300s: Average Paces = 6:23 / 6:28 / 6:28 / Flip / 6:35 / 6:16 / 6:25. Need to be a little more consistent. Dime and a penny.
