Temp 52 Wind 5 mph.
IIB Day. Multi-tasking on near perfect morning. Drop car off for servicing and head out and over to City Park. Legs recovered and fresh. 20:00 minutes of jogging. 10:00 minutes of plyo drills and striders. Another 10:00 minutes of jogging. Total warm-up of 4.76 miles in 40:18.
Short Hill Repeats. Had stretched these out to 14-15 seconds last few sessions, but today moving finish line back a few meters and shooting at keeping them 10-12 seconds. Will do 10 with 2:00 minute walk recoveries. Hit five 11s and five 12s.
Another 20:00 minutes back over to the auto shop for a cool-down. 2.43 miles in 20:03. Topping the day off with some plyo jumps. Attempted a recovery mow; however, after getting over a foot of rain, the grass is knee high. Took more of a "tempo" effort.
