Temp 45 Winds Calm.
Hill Circuits in a heavy fog. Almost as wet as I would be if running in a rain. Short on time today, so cut the up and down to 15:00s. 1.53 miles up in 15:17. 1.54 miles down in 15:16.
Recovering from five circuits apparently more difficult than four. Needing every bit of the 48 hours, and still not close enough to go another five. Cut it back to four this morning. Adjusted and checked down the intensity focusing on form and efficiency. Total time 44:55. Wanting to keep something in the tank for a productive long run on Sunday.
