Strength Intervals. Muggies hanging on. Indirect route to the track to hit a couple of extra inclines. Making sure to get extra loose after day off. Up = 2.14 miles at 8:40 average pace.
Strength Intervals = jump squats, single leg hops, springing, bounding, high knees, and striders. Balance has been off and on last two-three weeks, so adding the single leg hops for the time being (and maybe forever).
Down = 1.73 miles at 8:40 average pace. More direct route back to the house. Ran for free.
