Track Intervals. About 17:00 minutes of jogging and one primer lap for the warm up.
2 x 200 (Average Paces = 6:52 / 6:34).
3 x 600 (Average Paces = 6:37 / Flip / 6:33 / 6:31).
200 jog intervals between each.
Did feel stronger this week; however, was getting "winded" early in each rep. Caused a shift in my typical workout brain-game from focusing on physical execution to mentally embracing the suck of being uncomfortable.
Another 40:00+ minutes of jogging. Pushing the effort at times to inch closer to AT. Two quarters, three dimes, and eleven pennies.
