Long Run Workout:
1) About 14:00 minutes jogging to Villas of Jax.
2) 5 x 0:60 second hill repeats.
3) Another 8:00+ minutes jogging to track.
4) Two laps of surges/strides on straights to finish priming.
5) AT Tempo. Started (two laps) and finished (two laps) on the track. Rest on hilly streets. 3.40 miles in 26:58 (7:57 average pace).
6) 400 jog interval.
7) 2 x 1200 with 400 jog interval (average paces = 7:14 / 7:14).
8) Another 40+ minutes of jogging.
AT and interval average paces softer than last week; however, this is two of these in seven calendar days. Probably a good (right) thing. One penny.
