Notes

AM -- Dynamic stretching and HS PT.

PM -- More dynamic stretching and 20:00 minutes on the bike. Two 5:00 minute intervals in the middle at 100+ rpms. If I have to back off or shut down the running, wanted to know if I could do these pain free. Looks like they'll work. No issues or discomfort with any movements today.
