20/20/20 AT Run. Ear better, not 100%. Muscles, and even some tendons a tad achy. Just another regular day. First 2.33 miles at 8:36 average pace with three short surges. One up an incline. Not a lot of energy.
AT effort for 2.66 miles at 7:32 average pace. First five minutes in hills before getting into Hubble Creek valley. Slow to get rolling with segment average pace splits of 7:41 / 7:21.
Down = 2.30 miles at 8:40. Much more of a crawl than it felt. Two dimes and a penny.
