Temp 66 Winds Calm Humidity 100% Dew Point 66°.
Easy Run/Walk. Morning pin prick of a stimulus looking to conserve most of my energy for an afternoon bike interval session. Start with 20:00 minutes of walking. Muscle set used for running is fatigued after yesterday, so objective this morning is to run 10:00 minutes while maintaining solid, strict form on tired legs. Averaged 9:42 pace and had to work hard last 2-3 minutes not to let myself get too sloppy. Another 20:00 minutes of walking, then attempted to do some drills. Movements put slightly different torque and stress on ankle (especially side-to-side stuff). Still not quite ready to get back into this time type of work at this time. Pulled the plug and walked it back in.
