Temp 55 Winds Calm.
Bridge Run. Might as well have been blindfolded. Night vision sucked and eyes watering to boot. Even stepped in a pothole that I make every effort to miss in my car at least twice every single day. Nickel and two pennies. Sucked at that too. Hip mobility, flossing, and rolling with post-run stretch out.
Appears photographer was familiar enough with Facebook's community standards to know to photograph Elvis above the waist. Bit too cozy there, bud. Sad part is former Olympian Jeff Galloway has been reduced to this level of self deprecation to hawk a buck.
