Fast Twitch Day. Chaos week continues. Working on less than five hours sleep; which is about an hour or two more than I was expecting to get. Air is suffocating this morning. Expect all hell to break loose by mid-day.
Over to the track. 2.54 miles at 8:11 average pace.
Strength Endurance Circuit. Mix of 200m and 100m striders, springing, bounding, and 2 x 10 squat jumps.
Back home. 2.22 miles at 7:47 average pace. Felt easier than the 8:11s.
