Temp 36 (WC 26) Wind 14 mph.

Repeat portion of Long Run in the Mizunos. Plan is 2/2/1 with 3-4 Minute Jog Intervals. Starting at HM effort and will play by feel as to how close to 10K effort I want to push it.

6:39 / 6:36 -- Start closer to 10K-15K effort, but felt comfortable from start. Will go with it.

6:48 / 6:35 -- Relaxed too much first mile, but eased back into it to finish.

6:27 -- Not as pretty as it looks; was over 2:00 mintes in before got pace checked down. Was able to keep same effort until hitting the wind at the end.

Only looked at Garmin one time on each repeat. Legs heavy, but dead-on efforts to improve cardio. Was able to focus, relax, and just run pretty much start to finish. Money time on my feet. In full 10K mode right now.

Good day and good weekend for "The Team". Almost 20 miles and efforts in several different pace ranges.
