Hilly AT Tempo. In an attempt to increase calories, ate a bunch of crap for lunch yesterday. Gut is telling me all about it this morning. Couple miles jogging with three surges to warm up.
AT tempo ran on City Park/Oak Street/Orchards point-to-point route. Overall average for 25+ minutes = 7:38. Individual mile splits of 7:37 / 7:47 / 7:31 / 2:37 (7:27). Mile two was Oak Street.
Short jog back to the house for cool down.
