Temp 59 Wind 7 mph.

Recovery Run. Woke up at 2:30 a.m. and could not get back to sleep. All this is more about getting the blood flowing before work and less about achieving any training effect.

Post Run = Three supersets of chins and dips with core work as intervals. Gives me an excuse to be lazy on Friday afternoon.
