Jogging, Drills, and Strides. Last minute audible to swing by the track for drills and strides. Not only beneficial, but might break up the misery of being out here in this muck. Included 8 x 100 strides, and much to my shock, had turnover rolling at sub-5:30 by the last lap. Been a while. Quarter and two dimes.
