Temp 55 Wind 3 mph.
Easy 35:00 - 45:00 Minutes with Strides. More ragged and achy day after an easy 36:00 minutes on the TM than the day after hammering nearly three miles of intervals on the track. Will go outside this morning and get wet if I have to. Moving sharply quickly. Strides not on the plan's itinerary until tomorrow. Went ahead and hit some today for post-TM rewiring. Two pennies.
Third drive though of the course yesterday. Will get a fourth tomorrow. Using landmarks to learn it by memory this week. Some brand new fresh asphalt on an extending section in the private subdivision. Nice.
