60 Second Hill Repeats. Overslept and hit the door mentally and physically sluggish. Took a couple of extra minutes of warm-up with several shorter surges after 15:00 minutes. Total Up = 2.73 miles / 21:48 minutes.
Standard hill repeat workout. 60 seconds up, jog to bottom, strider, then walk the rest of the 4:00 minute interval. Fell apart a little on the fourth one, but regrouped and knock out a solid number five.
Total Down = 1.99 miles / 16:23 minutes.
