Easy w/ Drills Strides. Plan this weekend is plenty of running with lots of walking. Early start and walk for 30:00 minutes to start things off.

Wanting to reintroduce drills and strides into rehab. Kept it to low impact (skipping, butt kicks, shuffles, backwards, and carioca). Three sets of each, very careful with the carioca, and walking/resting as needed in between to maintain good form. Did a strider after each full set and was surprised at turnover. Last two topped at 5:53 and 5:48. Jogged for 12:00 minutes before and after drill and strider session.

Walked about another 30:00 minutes back to the car before heading home. Plan on doing some trail hiking this afternoon. Three quarters, a dime, two nickels, and five pennies.
