Notes

With core, strength work (no weights), and PTs. Pedaling faster already. Guess spinning ability is like riding a bike?

Took a "get fat day" yesterday which included being lazy and eating my body weight in ice cream. Over last 36 hours have had tightness in hip, tightness and numbness in calf, and numbness in foot. All on right side and nothing persistent; comes and goes. No pain in HS or quad, but during workout, right side noticeably weaker (than left) today. Did have more trouble balancing on healthy left leg; however?

Even before this, bug had started to nibble on me. Been thinking more about it last few days, and since I have to hit the refresh button anyways, may want to change jobs...become a half-marathoner.
