Temp 40 Winds Calm.
Track Intervals. Brisk air, full moon, yotes howling, and a meteor sighting. Perfect morning. Easy jog to the track. Two laps to prime.
Workout is 2 x 400, 2 x 800, and 1 x 1000 with 200 jog intervals. Running in middle lanes and flipping directions after each rep. 400s = 6:50/6:50. 800s = 6:34/6:28. 1000 = 6:20. Maybe pushed the last 300-400 too hard for a workout? Pretty good all the way on the straights. Had started to struggle with the turns by second lap of first 800.
Easy jog back to the house. One dime.
