30:00 Minutes Easy with Three Striders.
Sluggish all morning. Us old guys like our regimented lifestyles and this winter is playing mindf**k games with my routine. Rain some, snow a little, just quit bombarding me with all this ice shit.
Deck at 1.5%. Started at 7.4 mph, finished at 8.3 mph, dropping every 6:00 minutes. Hit stop at four miles (30:25). Kept the deck at 1.5%. Three 0:30 second striders at 10.0 mph / 10.5 mph / 11.0 mph. Wondering if some varmint got in the house, crawled up under the TM, and died...or that could just be my gear?
Wanting to do an upper-body lift, but think I'll take a nap, get up, and start this day all over again beforehand.
