Recovery Run. Other than dressing for yesterday's weather and overheating felt great. Getting some bonus recovery work in evenings with walking with g'daughter. Been with us almost a month now while son works the front-line at Wally's. Grown over a inch, gained nearly three pounds, and yesterday did 30-minutes on commercial-grade elliptical + over a mile of hilly roads on her kiddy bike. Better than a vax.
