200 jog intervals between each. Could feel the turnover slowing from post-illness early fatigue on 2nd 600.

Another 50:00 minutes of jogging. Three quarters, two dimes, a nickel, and eleven pennies. Some level of faith in humanity restored when people are courteous enough to leave it laying next to the car vac instead of making you bend over and pick it up off the ground.
