Temp 45 (40) Wind 11 mph.
Easy 55:00 Minutes. Objective for rest of week will be to reintroduce several training components back into arsenal while transitioning back into full time running.
1) Start with 2:1 run/walk intervals and progress to full laps around the block.
2) Last 27+ minutes continuous running including hills. Would say 98%-99% symptom free; however, not sure how much of the 1%-2% was phantom symptoms. Most of the stuff I was feeling was probably related to (1) yesterday's elliptical workout, and (2) the fact that I'm about two and a half weeks into full-on Alfredson Protocol.
